  • What is the refund policy for SparkWise courses?
    Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. However, should you remain unsatisfied after the first class, please be assured we will provide a 100% refund. After the second class, no further refunds will be processed.
  • How do I enroll my child in a SparkWise course?
    1. Start with an online free consultation to learn more about us. Let's work together to choose the best course(s) for your child! 2. We will send you an invoice for the selected course(s). Paying it promptly ensures your child's spot is secured. 3. Receive all necessary materials, including Google Classroom access and a Zoom link, two weeks before classes start. 4. Watch your child's knowledge, skills, and confidence flourish as they progress through our interactive and engaging courses.
  • What if my child misses a class?
    We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, so to ensure that no one falls behind, a recording of the lesson will be posted on Google Classroom after each class. These recordings will stay available for one week following the class session, offering the flexibility to catch up or review the material at their own pace.
  • What is the teacher-to-student ratio in SparkWise courses?
    SparkWise courses have a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:12, allowing for personalized instruction, continuous feedback on assignments and tasks, as well as a more tailored learning experience.
  • What resources do I need at home?
    You'll need a computer with good Wi-Fi, a working camera, a quiet study area, a notebook and pencil for notes, and a printer for homework.
