These terms and conditions govern your use of the SparkWise Enrichment Programs website and your enrollment in our classes. By booking a trial or enrolling, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our classes

SparkWise offers live, online small-group and private classes in Math, English, and Coding for students in Grades 1 to 8. Programs typically run from September to June. Class schedules, content, and instructors may be adjusted to deliver the best learning experience.

3. Free trial

The trial lesson is offered free of charge and with no obligation to enroll. Booking a trial does not commit you to any payment or ongoing program.

4. Enrollment and payment

Once you choose to enroll, we will provide an invoice for the selected course or courses. Payment secures your child's spot. Monthly payment plans may be available. Pricing is as listed on our pricing page and may change for future terms.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund anytime. If SparkWise is not the right fit for your family, contact us and we will process your refund.

6. Code of conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. We ask that students and families treat instructors and classmates with respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct disrupts the learning of others.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to deliver our classes and communicate with families, and we do not sell your personal information. Information submitted through our forms is used to contact you about your trial or enrollment.
